• Each item is custom-made after your order is placed.
• Production typically takes 5-10 business days before shipping.
• During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Rates
• Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days for most destinations.
• Expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery.
Packaging & Handling
• Original drawings are shipped in sturdy tubes or flat mailers with protective sleeves to prevent damage.
• Original artwork is carefully wrapped and reinforced for safe transport.
• Orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once shipped. These items ship within five business days.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website and/or by downloading the Route app.
International Shipping
• We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping times for international orders vary based on location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
• Since all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
